Brian O’Hara Design
Brian O'Hara designer brings a unique perspective and experience to garden design and landscaping. He has a formal training in design with a fine art degree from Bonn and a later role as chief aesthetic co-ordinator for German retailer, Tegut. Brian first brought his design skills to garden design and landscaping while working with New York garden designer John Blackmore. In 2004, he returned to Ireland to specialise in unique urban gardens of all sizes.
Brian O'Hara designed and built his first show garden at "Bloom In The Park 2007" which won a silver medal and was named as the best minimalist garden in the show by the Sunday Business Post. Brian believes that garden design is an art form, the beauty stemming from its functionality and not just from random decoration. Every area and piece of material should fit comfortably together like a jigsaw with attention to small detail being essential. His success was ranked again at Bloom In the Park 2008 with yet another Silver Medal Winning Award.
